A space located at 195 Centre Street between Smith Street and Hamilton Avenue was leased by Other Half Brewing for a five-year term with a five-year option to renew, stated a release Monday morning. "Slated to open in December 2012, the 4,000 square-foot brewery is expected to delight both local residents and New Yorkers," said a rep from Ideal Properties, which credited Robert Caccomo with brokering the lease.  Are you excited for a new local brewery to open?
