Hank's Saloon Building up for Auction

Hank's Saloon - one of the last Downtown Brooklyn dives - is on the auction block.

According to a post on Brownstoner, 46 Third Ave. is up for auction on July 28 at 3 p.m. The 2-story building is assessed at $93,600, but there is an over $4 million lien on the property and two others also up for auction.

Hank's has , cheap drinks, great tunes... would you be sad to see it go, if that what it comes to?

Also worth noting: Hank's has no phone. How wonderfully archaic!
