"Fernand Point, and his Restaurant de la Pyramide, produced the most prolific chefs of the 20th century: Paul Bocuse, Alan Chapel, François Bise, Louis Outhier, Jean and Pierre Troisgros and Georges Perrier," writes the owners of Prime Meats on their website. "It is believed that no other chef has had more of an impact on the classical techniques employed in kitchens the world over."
But such greatness has a price. This 10-course prixe fixe with paired wines costs $185 per person before tax and gratuity.

Dishes range from "Sweetbreads with crayfish, made with crayfish butter and black truffle" to "Filet de Boeuf Paul Mercier." Indeed, the foods are as rich as the pricetag.
