Morning After Irene: Downed Branches, Gowanus Water Level High
A walk through the neighborhood found no flooding or damage, some fallen tree branches.
After an eventful night, with strong winds and torrential rains, residents emerged from their apartments, and took to the streets.
We found no flooding or damage, and only small tree branches on the ground.
