Chef Robert Newton of Seersucker in Carroll Gardens debuted a special Southern menu to the Rock Center Cafe last week alongside Rock Center executive chef Antonio Prontelli. The menu, which will be served at the cafe through Sept. 20, features southern dishes such as Fried Green Tomatoes, Pan Fried Catfish, Sweet Corn Pudding and more.
