What's Open, Closed on Presidents Day in Carroll Gardens

Presidents' Day is observed Monday, Feb. 18. Here's a list of what's open and closed during the holiday. Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill businesses—if you're observing a holiday schedule, leave your store's hours in the comments below.

  • Carroll Gardens Branch - Brooklyn Public Library:
    "All Brooklyn Public Library locations will be closed Presidents Day Weekend, Saturday, Feb. 16 – Monday, Feb. 18 for a necessary systems upgrade. There will be no access to the library’s online catalog," according to the BPL website.

  • Stock market
  • Banks
  • MTA: Operating on a Saturday schedule.
  • Parking meters: Not in effect
  • Trash/Recycling: There is no refuse collection today.
