NY Giants Greats to Assist Stop & Shop Career Fair this Saturday 9/24
Open Interviews Available for All E-Commerce Positions; NY Giants Alumni Will Interview Applicants on the Importance of Teamwork
Stop & Shop is looking to fill nearly 100 roles for a special team of its own – its E-Commerce team, and will do so on Saturday, September 24th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at both the Farmingdale (55 Motor Avenue) and Riverhead (1615 Old Country Road) Wareroom with the help of NY Giants Alumni OJ Anderson and Jeff Feagles.
Applicants interested in supporting Stop & Shop’s home delivery efforts on Long Island can visit either location and have an on-the-spot interview with a Stop & Shop manager and a Giants legend.
Stop & Shop operates five warerooms on Long Island –Riverhead, Medford, East Northport, Farmingdale, and Hempstead. And while Saturday’s career fair will take place at the Farmingdale and Riverhead locations, applicants can interview to work at any location that best suits their needs.

Upon arrival to either the Farmingdale or Riverhead warerooms, candidates will fill out an online application and then be interviewed by Stop & Shop managers about the open roles. Following that discussion, OJ Anderson at the Farmingdale wareroom and Jeff Feagles in Riverhead will interview the candidates about the importance of teamwork and winning as one.
“Teamwork is essential to Stop & Shop’s home delivery business, and who better to help us find true team players than these NY Giants legends,” said Mike Vittorio, District Manager of Delivery for Stop & Shop on Long Island. “OJ and Jeff will help us ensure we are a winning team.”

The open, part-time positions provide up to 29 hours of work each week. Part-time employees receive competitive pay, paid training, flexible schedules, a company discount, paid time off, and career advancement opportunities. Open roles include delivery drivers (21+), shoppers and merchandisers (16+) and night crew (18+).
