Aesop's Fable Readies For Chappaqua Grand Opening

New farm-to-table restaurant counts Hillary Clinton as among those interested in its pending arrival.

CHAPPAQUA, NY - Aesop's Fable Restaurant, a new eatery in Chappaqua that is focused on farm-to-table dining, announced that it will hold a grand opening.

The ceremony is scheduled for July 14 to July 15, Aesop's announced on its Facebook page.

Aesop's is opening at 13 King St., which is in downtown Chappaqua's lower King Street retail cluster.

The new restaurant's team includes owner Tonin Veshta and Partner & Executive Chef Matthew Cook. Food options will include.

"Aesop's Fable is a true farm to table, chef driven restaurant," the restaurant stated on its Facebook page. "Our eclectic fare is beautifully presented in a healthy and positive manner, locally sourced, & changes with the seasons and availability of our local farmers. We also feature a seasonal craft cocktail menu, organic juice bar, a wood fire oven, and our brand new garden seating with a 5-foot firepit, organic vegetables, and music all in an intimate setting."

Aesop's can count Chappaqua resident and 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton as among those interested in its opening.

"Can't wait, we'll be here," Clinton was quoted as saying in a Facebook post from Aesop's. The post included a photo of Clinton with Cook.
