Banks was scheduled to appear in court on Monday. She is charged with assault and attempted assault, among other charges, after she allegedly bit the breast of a security guard at the Up&Down club, according to prosecutors.
The New York Daily News reported that Banks failed to show up for her hearing on Monday.
