Discount Designer Deals Coming To Chelsea’s Housing Works This Week
High-end pieces are being sold at a 50 to 80% discount, with proceeds slated to help New Yorkers living with HIV and AIDS.
CHELSEA, NY - Looking for deals on designer items just in time for the holidays? Here’s your chance, and for a good cause.
Housing Works’ flagship location in Chelsea is offering bargains on over $1 million worth of new pieces in-store and online, like a Coach shearling — which retails for $2,900 — for just $400.
All retail items, which are between 50 to 80% off, are being sold as part of the ReFashion for Action event at the 143 West 17th St. location.

The multi-day event starts Wednesday with a VIP reception at 4:30 p.m.; public sales will run Thursday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
All proceeds will benefit Housing Works’ healthcare services, supportive housing and advocacy work for homeless New Yorkers living with HIV and AIDS.
