Man Arrested, Charged With Murder In Fatal Chelsea Shooting: Police
The arrest comes three weeks after Anthony Holley, 44, was shot in the head and killed outside of the Fulton Houses in Chelsea.

CHELSEA, NY — Police have arrested and charged a man with murder three weeks after Anthony Holley was shot in the head and killed in Chelsea, NYPD said on Tuesday.
Osvaldo Marrero, 34, was arrested Tuesday and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
Holley, 44, was shot Nov. 27 outside of the Fulton Houses NYCHA development off the corner of Ninth Avenue in Chelsea, police said. He was rushed to a local hospital and pronounced dead.

NYPD gave Holley's address as a homeless shelter on East 30th Street. It is still unclear what the motive was for the shooting, police said.
"Everyone who knew him loved him," Holley's sister Tashey told the New York Daily News. "He helped out anybody."

Marrero, who lives in East Harlem, has about a dozen prior arrests, police to the New York Daily News.
