New Italian Restaurant With 'Modern' Twist Opens Inside Chelsea Hilton
Lulla is serving up Italian fare with a twist at the site of the former Bar Cicchetti in Chelsea.

CHELSEA, NY - When one New York Italian restaurant closes, another one opens.
Such is the case for Lulla, a dining room serving up Italian-inspired fare at the site of the former Bar Cicchetti.
The new restaurant, which opened Sept. 6 on the first and second floors of Chelsea’s Motto by Hilton location (113 W 24th St.), offers a modern American twist on Italian classic fare for breakfast, brunch and dinner, according to its website.
