Rescue Dog Runway Show Set For Chelsea: What To Know

CHELSEA, NY — A doggy fashion show will take place in Chelsea on Dec. 10 to raise money for New York City animal rescue shelters.

Rescue pooches will hit the runway starting at 3 p.m. at 873 Broadway on 18th Street. The show and fundraiser will last all the way until 9 p.m.

Only the dogs that are comfortable donning outfits will be wearing getups as they strut down the runway, but other of the adoptable pooches will be showcasing different types of pet products.

General admission tickets will cost you $55, and VIP admission will run you $99. Everyone that attends, though, will receive a swag bag of pet products worth more than $250.

Rescue dogs will also be available for adoption.

There will be three different runway shows throughout the evening, with the first highlighting Waggy Tail Rescue pups, wearing trendy pet outfits such as Knit One. The second show will feature Second Chance Rescue dogs, who will be wearing limited-edition products, and the final show will feature pet parents and their animals rocking their own looks.
