COMMACK, NY — Giapreet LLC, a Brentwood-based apparel wholesaler and real estate investment firm, has bought a 2.6-acre Commack industrial property for $10.25 million, Long Island Business News reported. The 40,000-square-foot building is at 66-70 Austin Boulevard.
