April 8: Dancing Fundraiser, Dodgeball Tournament, Budget Input Session

Well, we've made it through another week, and a busy one at that. Before we welcome in the weekend, take some time today to attend a special school budget input session.

1. : Spend your Friday night at Commack Lanes for Xtreme Bowling, which takes place every Friday and Saturday night starting at 6 p.m.

2. : is holding a benefit for Give Kids the World Village, a resort in Florida which provides kids with life-threatening illness a chance to enjoy a family vacation. If you'd like to dance, the entry fee is $50. All are welcome to come watch and donate to the cause.

3. : A special budget input meeting will be held at at 10 a.m. to discuss the draft school budget for the 2011-2012 school year.

4. : is holding a dodgeball tournament for 6th graders. Come cheer on your favorite team from 7:30 to 10 p.m.

5. : Patch is taking a photo tour of the new and improved Commack branch of the Smithtown Library today before it opens next week—stay tuned to watch.
