BJ's Wholesale Club To Open In Commack This Week

COMMACK, NY — BJ's Wholesale Club is set to open in Commack on Friday, according to its website. The warehouse is due to open at 2 Veterans Memorial Highway.

“We’re excited to expand our footprint in Long Island, with the opening our new club in Commack,” Dan Smith, club manager of BJ’s Wholesale Club in Commack, stated via news release. “We’re looking forward to bringing BJ’s outstanding offerings to Commack and the surrounding community. We can’t wait for our doors to open on Friday and serve our members and community in this new year.”

The store will feature fresh foods and produce, a full-service deli, household essentials, pet supplies, and exclusive offerings. The club will also have seasonal items, home décor, fashion for the family, toys, hot tech, and a selection of local products.

People can join the club with special offers that are set to last through Thursday. A 1-year membership costs $25, while $65 will get someone a membership with perks that include 2 percent cash back on most purchases in the store.

Shoppers will be able to choose between shopping in the club, curbside pickup, pick-up in the club, same-day delivery, and delivery from BJs.com.

The Commack store will mark BJ's' 12th Long Island location. The Westborough, Massachusetts-based franchise will have 224 locations when the new one opens.
