Champions Martial Arts Opens In Commack

COMMACK, NY — Champions Martial Arts, a martial arts studio, opened a new location at Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC).

Champions Martial Arts offers classes for children, teenagers and adults. Taekwondo and kickboxing programs are designed to build confidence, self-discipline, focus and strength in students of all ages and abilities.

"Champions Martial Arts is a well-established martial arts studio with an outstanding reputation, and it’s a great fit for the Commack community," said E.J. Moawad, an LMC senior leasing representative, in a news release. "This newest tenant also complements the retail experience at Mayfair Shopping Center, which offers something for everyone, from kids to adults. This drives significant, repeat traffic – an advantage for the property’s entire tenant base."

Moawad arranged the 1,320-square-foot Champions Martial Arts lease on behalf of Mayfair Shopping Center’s ownership; Christopher Wierzbicki of Pliskin Realty & Development represented the tenant.

PGA TOUR Superstore and beauty brand Sephora recently opened in the shopping center, too.

Other retailers, restaurants and service providers in the center include top-ranked grocer Lidl, Planet Fitness, JBBQ & Shabu Shabu, Loft, Jos. A. Bank, Sherwin Williams, Meet Izakaya Ramen & Bar, Prato 850, Mimi’s Coffee & Bubble Tea (coming soon), Bagel Toasterie, Northwell Go Health, Verizon Wireless, GameStop, Music & Arts, Original Brooklyn Pizza, D’Ore Jewelers, The Crushed Olive and Tropical Smoothie.

Space availabilities at Mayfair Shopping Center range from 2,430 square-feet to 21,000 square-feet.
