
COMMACK, NY — Residents within the boundaries of the Commack School District on Tuesday voted to pass the 2025-26 school budget by a margin of 1,330 yes votes to 546 no votes.
The district's budget is $233,035,125, up 2.62 percent from last year's. The tax levy is $159,259,962, up 2.29 percent.
Voters decided on two Commack School Board of Education seats.

Priscilla Warner and Nicole Goldstein competed for seat one, while Gus Hueber ran unopposed for seat two.
