Commack Shopping Center Welcoming New Shops, Extends Leases Of Others
Mayfair Shopping Center is set to welcome a PGA store and extended leases with Sephora and Mimi's Coffee and Bubble Tea.

COMMACK, NY — It's been a busy time for Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack.
The center recently welcomed restaurant JBBQ & Shabu Shabu, is preparing to bring in PGA TOUR Superstore, and secured lease commitments with beauty retailer Sephora (5,000 square-feet) and Mimi’s Coffee and Bubble Tea (1,200 square-feet), Levin Management announced.
"Exciting things are happening at Mayfair Shopping Center," said E.J. Moawad, Levin Management's senior leasing representative, in a news release.

Moawad headed negotiations to bring all four retailers to the property.
"Sephora and PGA Tour Superstore are strong, nationally recognized brands and significant traffic generators," Moawad said. "Meanwhile, JBBQ & Shabu Shabu and Mimi’s Coffee and Bubble Tea complement the property’s attractive dining lineup. These new additions contribute to Mayfair Shopping Center’s appeal by enhancing its overall 'destination' atmosphere for area consumers."

- Sephora has more than 2,700 stores in 35 countries worldwide, and the chain carries thousands of products from more than 360 brands including makeup, skincare, hair care and fragrances.
- Mimi’s Coffee and Bubble Tea is a new business venture for experienced restaurant operators Hong Liu and Linda Zhou. Along with coffee and bubble tea, the shop will offer a selection of bakery items.
- The country’s leading specialty retailer for golf and tennis, PGA TOUR Superstore leased 40,000 square-feet in the spring and will open its new location later this year. The store will be staffed with teaching professionals and carry a wide selection of equipment, accessories and apparel.
- JBBQ & Shabu Shabu recently marked its grand opening at the property. The restaurant blends a trendy atmosphere with a distinctive menu of Japanese-style barbecue and hot pot dishes. Meet Izakaya Ramen & Bar, another restaurant from the same operator, opened at Mayfair Shopping Center last year.
Over the past 18 months, Mayfair Shopping Center has also added grocer Lidl and gym Planet Fitness. Other businesses in the center include Rite Aid, Jos. A. Bank, Loft, Sherwin Williams, Northwell Go Health, Outback Steakhouse, Bagel Toasterie, Original Brooklyn Pizza, Capital One Bank, D’Ore Jewelers, Prato 850, Music & Arts, The Crushed Olive, Tropical Smoothie and Verizon Wireless, among others.
