Crime Log: Lobster Thief
A New Jersey man was arrested in Commack after allegedly stealing seafood from ShopRite.
The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Carlos Caraballo, 36, from Newark, NJ was arrested in Commack March 3 on a charge of petty larceny after he allegedly stole a lobster from ShopRite.

Suzanne Phillips, 49, from Huntington, was arrested in Commack on a charge of driving while intoxicated, first offense, March 3. Police said she was driving in a westbound lane on Route 25 at 12:37 a.m. in a 2011 BMW when she was pulled over for speeding. She was then also charged with DWI.

Jose Pereira from Centerport was arrested in Commack on a charge of driving while intoxicated, first offense, March 3. Police said Pereira, 24, was traveling on Townline Road at 4:35 a.m. in a 1997 Honda when he was pulled over for failing to maintain his lane of travel. He was then charged with DWI.
Lori Furlow, 49, of Copiague was arrested in Commack Feb. 22 on a charge of petty larceny after she allegedly stole clothing, electronics, and DVDs from Walmart.
