Dr James Resigns

I am furious! After 10 years as the super, he lives in the community and he led his HOME district with character (you may not have always agreed with him, but that’s ok) , Dr. James resigns. Why? He always said he’d stay here till he retired. He didn’t retire, he resigned! They couldn’t make him leave, he has a contract. For my money, he’ll never say why he left - you know that character thing. The board won’t say. Why? because they know he's leaving because of them - their hidden agendas their attempts to make him sell his educational soul. Ask them individually what they think about diversity, teachers or testing. He’s trying to run a district and they’re fighting among themselves about (you pick it) they flip flop based on pressure, try to make him do things not good for kids. they don’t know what they’re doing and now we lost James. Who will come here knowing he didn’t want to stay? Who can get the results he did? It’s time to call them out. Make them answer the hard questions. Ask him to stay and keep us at the top.
