COMMACK, NY — A crash on the Northern State Parkway Wednesday morning led to the blockage of an entrance ramp in the Commack area.

The crash happened around 9:20 a.m. westbound near exit 44 — Sagtikos State Parkway heading towards Smithtown. The ramp was cleared as of around 11 a.m.
