Handbag With Cash, Credit Cards, Rolex Stolen From Commack Spa: Police

Police say the handbag was stolen from a Jericho Turnpike spa in October.

COMMACK, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Squad detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate a man accused of stealing a handbag from a Commack spa, police said.

According to police, a man stole a handbag containing cash, credit cards, and a gold Rolex watch valued at more than $2,000 from Roslyn Spa, located at 2064 Jericho Turnpike, on Oct. 17 at approximately 11:40 a.m.

Police said the theft is being investigated as grand larceny.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
