Just Salad Opens In Commack
The health food chain's Commack opening is the first of four new Long Island locations. See what's on the menu.
COMMACK, NY — Just Salad opened in Commack, marking the first of four planned stores on Long Island, the chain announced.
The eatery is at 6040 Jericho Turnpike. The store occupies 1,555 square feet and offers indoor seating for small or large parties, as well as a covered outdoor patio that can seat up to eight at a time.
Just Salad's menu features more than just salad. Wraps, bowls, avocado toasts, soups, plant-based smoothies and more are offered, as well.

The chain is set to open a store in Westbury in the coming month, as well as locations in Huntington and Oceanside around spring. Just Salad estimates it will create more than 70 jobs on Long Island.
Just Salad was founded in New York City with the mission to "make everyday health and sustainability possible."

The chain offers its Reusable Bowl Program, allowing customers to help reduce waste and greenhouse gas emissions by purchasing a bowl for $1. People will receive a free salad topping with every reuse.
