COMMACK, NY — The left lane of the southbound Sagtikos State Parkway Exit SM1E — Northern State Parkway (Smithtown) to Exit S4 — Southern State Parkway (Islip) closed on Wednesday for pothole repairs, according to 511 NY.

The repairs began around 9:50 a.m. and are set to last until 2 p.m., according to 511 NY.
