Limani Grille Opens In Former Bonwit Inn In Commack

The seafood restaurant is the newest venture from the owners of several Nassau County spots, who overhauled the longstanding location.

COMMACK, NY—The Bonwit Inn was a staple in Commack for 41 years, but the former restaurant space got a major overhaul. Limani Grille opened at 1 Vanderbilt Motor Parkway in December, the newest venture from the owners of three Nassau County eateries.

The Mediterranean-style seafood restaurant joins Limani and Limani Mezze in Roslyn and Onira Taverna in Woodbury. The Bonwit Inn closed in March 2020, after being in business for over 40 years.

Limani Grille has a Greek-inspired dishes in an upscale setting.
