PRIME Burger Bar Opens In Commack

COMMACK, NY — PRIME Burger Bar officially joined the Commack neighborhood Nov. 8, bringing its homemade burgers to the area.

Customers can either build-their-own burger, where you get to choose your protein, bun and toppings, or order one of the "Chef's Burgers." As a side, you can either order one of a variety of fries (house cut, truffle, loaded or sweet potato waffle) or step it up a notch with poutine.

If burgers aren't your thing, there's a list of appetizers, wings, mac & cheese, soups, salads and sandwiches.

There are a few desserts as well, such as a brownie sundae, PRIME Burger Sundae and a seasonal dessert, though the milkshakes are the focal point of the sweet offerings. There are classics, like vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, black & white and Oreo cookies n' cream. But then there's a list of "Crazy Milkshakes" going for $15: Birthday Cake, Ultimate Fudge Brownie, Oreo Cookies n' Cream, Sweet and Salty, Cotton Candy and Chipwich.
