2 Charged Over Vape Sales To Kids In Deer Park, North Babylon
An employee at Speedway and an employee at Milk N' Things will be arraigned in Central Islip.
Suffolk County Police arrested two people Wednesday for selling vape products and alcohol to minors at businesses in North Babylon and Deer Park.
First Precinct Crime Section officers were conducting an investigation in response to community complaints, police said.
Two businesses were checked for compliance with the law and violations were found at both, they said.

Two people face charges of unlawfully dealing with a child.
- Ashish Brahmbhatt, 36, of Dix Hills, an employee of Milk N’ Things, located at 1287A Deer Park Ave., North Babylon.
- Sumit Dahiya, 28, of Deer Park, an employee of Speedway, located at 1800 Deer Park Ave., Deer Park.
Brahmbhatt and Dahiya were both issued Field Appearance Tickets and are scheduled to appear for arraignment in First District Court in Central Islip on a later date, police said.
