5 Library Events Happening This Week
Learn to knit or get ready for the Super Bowl at the Deer Park and North Babylon Libraries this week.

1. Knitting Club: Novice and advanced knitters are welcome to join this knitting club, led by Roberta. The group meets Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the North Babylon Library.
2. Lots of Legos: Children in grades 1 through 6 can join a Lego play group at the Deer Park Library on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
3. Super Bowl Party: Teens in grades 6 through 12 can get ready for Super Bowl Sunday. Chef Rob Scott will cook up traditional game day appetizers as kids play football-themed games. The party kicks off Wednesday at 7 p.m. at North Babylon Library. Open to North Babylon School District residents only.

4. Community Service: Teens can take part in community service at the Deer Park Library on Friday at 4 p.m. Contact the Children's Department for more info.
5. iPad Help: Learn how to checkout free ebooks through the library's website and load them on your iPad on Friday at 10 a.m. at the North Babylon Library. Space is limited so register early. Open to North Babylon cardholders only.
