Child Porn Charges For Deer Park Man: Police
He had child pornography on his cellphone and was exchanging child sexual abuse material through a messaging application, police say.

DEER PARK, NY — A Deer Park man was arrested Tuesday after he was found with child pornography, police said.
According to Suffolk County police, Joseph Kirincic, 51, was arrested at his 6th Street home at 3 p.m. Following tips from the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Suffolk County Police Digital Forensics Unit detectives conducted an investigation into Kirincic, police said.
With the assistance of First Precinct officers, a search warrant was executed at Kirincic’s home; during the investigation, it was determined Kirincic had child pornography on his cellphone and was exchanging child sexual abuse material through a messaging application, police said.

Kirincic was arrested and charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child, police said.
Kirincic was held overnight at the Third Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Wednesday.
