"I'm doing this in memory of my father, who gave me my love of decorating our house," said Russo. "If I not only can bring a smile to people's faces, but also collect money for a charity, then it's certainly a win."
Russo's display is located at 7 Saint Clair Street in Deer Park. Featured houses will be posted on the legislator's Facebook page.
