Hess Begins Deer Park Avenue Refresh
The construction comes about five months after the gas station's operators said it wanted to add a convenience store.
About five months after it asked for permission to build a convenience store, the Hess on the corner of Deer Park Avenue and Grand Boulevard has torn down its gas station and has started rebuilding the location to include a Hess Express.
The Hess closed in October.
An opening date for the new Hess wasn't immediately available.
