Tanger Outlets to Exhibit World War II Armor

Dedication will take place on Sunday at noon.

Tanger Outlets at the Arches in Deer Park is dedicating a display of historical World War II armor in honor of American soldiers.

The dedication ceremony will take place on Sunday, March 10 at noon at the outlets. The armor will be exhibited adjacent to the Starbucks on the east side of the complex.

Babylon Town Supervisor Richard Schaffer and Town Councilwoman Jackie Gordon, a Lt. Colonel in Army Reserve who has served four tours of duty overseas, as well as other local veterans, will be on hand to dedicate the exhibit, which includes an armored reconnaissance car used by American forces during World War II.
