  1. Good news for Flatbush! 2,000 COVID-19 at-home test kits will be distributed at Church Ave. and Flatbush Ave. starting at 9 a.m. Get there before supplies run out, demand is expected to be significantly higher. (Gothamist)
  2. U.T.F.O.’s Kangol Kid, a hip hop pioneer, died of cancer at 55 Saturday. His full name was Shaun Shiller Fequiere and he was native to East Flatbush, born to Haitian immigrant parents. (Amsterdam News)
  3. The Flatbush Avenue–Brooklyn College train station just got a new slick, glassy elevator, that's renovation finished ahead of schedule. Now the MTA's temporarily closing the Church St. station's elevator three stops away for its renovation. The elevators, which were built to last for 17.5 years, have been hard at work for closer to 25. (Brooklyn Paper)
