Five things going on in Ditmas Park Tuesday that should keep your blood pumping and your spirits high throughout the day.

Looking for something to do to get moving? Look no further. Ditmas Park is rife with classes to keep your blood pumping and your spirits high throughout the day.
Head to Midwood Martial Arts & Family Fitness Center for a 7 a.m. kickboxing class for teens and adults. The class combines kicking and punching drills with other cardio aspects of Muy Thai and Karate.
All kickboxing instructors are black belts in martial arts and drop-ins are welcome. All initial classes are $10, and the pay-as-you-go price is $14 for students and senior citizens, $16 for adults. For more information call (718)258-5425.
Back at Midwood Martial Arts & Family Fitness Center at 3:45 p.m. for a gymnastics class that will teach young children strength, flexibility, and self confidence that will help form a basis for for future sports and other physical activity.
Children ages 3 to 5 will learn exercises and routines in a fun way--with music, games, and props--while introducing traditional techniques and encouraging creativity.

At 5 p.m. there is a mixed level karate class at Latin Fever Dance Studio. The class costs $60 per month and the studio is located at 1609 Cortelyou Road. For more information, call (718)693-2488.

Head back to Midwood Martial Arts & Family Fitness Center for a women-only 7 p.m. Zumba class. This is a high-energy, Latin dance-inspired Zumba class that's modified for students looking for a low-impact workout. Classes are between $14 and $16 for drop-ins. Class packages are available.
