EAST VILLAGE, NY — Hundreds of pups were dressed up in their finest costumes this weekend for the annual Tompkins Square Park Halloween Dog Parade.
An estimated 500 dogs and their owners descended on the East Village park on Saturday in one of the city's most popular and adorable fall traditions.
