Celebrated Jazz Singer, Joy Jan Jones, to perform in East Hampton
Joy Jan Jones, who has performed at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center, will perform in a one-evening concert in East Hampton.

CELEBRATED LOCAL JAZZ SINGER TO PERFORM IN EAST HAMPTON.
East Hampton, NY -- Joy Jan Jones, a highly praised jazz singer, who has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and nightclubs and theaters throughout New York, will be giving her first concert in East Hampton on November 11 at 5 PM in St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 18 James Lane. The concert is free and open to the public.
Joy, who has received numerous awards, will sing a number of well-known jazz standard, accompanied by her band, The Fiancés, which includes Bobby Peterson – Keys; Tom Khiloury – Guitar; Mike Pitocchi - String Bass; and Fitzy – Percussion.

As a recording artists and song writer, Joy has earned studio credits since the age of 12. In addition to performing, Joy has found time to serve as Associate Music Director and Principal Cantor at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in East Hampton. She earned a bachelor of music degree in performance from Sam Houston University and a master of music degree in performance from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam.
