Here are the top stories today in East Hampton:

1. Alec Baldwin is spotted leaving lunch just moments before getting a parking ticket in East Hampton. The parking ticket came just days after Alec said he was exonerated over Halyna Hutchins' death in a new report. (Daily Mail)
2. Police said two people were arrested and charged after they were found drinking at a Northampton beach while in possession of cocaine; a digital scale was also found. On Saturday, Ronald Vinicio Espino-Borja, 31, and Ines Orellana-DeLopez 28, were arrested for drinking an alcoholic beverage at Wildwood Lake bathing beach, a violation of Southampton town code, and for possession of cocaine. Orellana-DeLopez was released on her own recognizance for future arraignment, police said. (Patch)
3. Stuart Conklin, 64, a former Signalman for the Long Island Rail Road was charged with falsifying an inspection report before a 2019 derailment in Speonk has been indicted — and pleaded not guilty, federal officials said. Conklin was indicted on one charge of making a false entry in a railroad inspection report required to be maintained by LIRR under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, John Marzulli of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, told Patch.
