- Dan's Papers is featuring adoptable pets in East End shelters some living in luxury, others not so much. Consider adopting one of these adorable creatures or looking into the other animals available for adoption at East End shelters. (Dan's Papers)
- John Martinolich, 36, a Hampton Bays man, was arrested Saturday night after placing another person in a headlock, causing them to lose consciousness. When police arrived and informed Martinolich he was going to be arrested, he ran. Martinolich is charged with charged with second-degree strangulation, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. - Scott Disick is an American reality television personality and entrepreneur from Eastport, New York. He went to a private school in East Hampton, but did not finish. Afterwards he had a brief assignment as a model for a young adult book series ‘Heartland’. He has made regular appearances on the Kardashian family shows – ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ and ‘Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami’. His net worth is $40 Million; not bad for a 39-year-old! - Isabella Rossellini's one-woman show will launch this summer at The Gateway in Bellport. The actress lives in Bellport and is embarking on a U.S. tour of her show "Darwin's Spirit" with two benefit performances Aug. 13 and 14. (Subscription:Newsday)
