  1. New Town of East Hampton senior community center project progresses as the board selects an architectural firm out of 15 proposals. A plan for soliciting and incorporating community input into the building design will be developed and implemented this winter. (Press Release Desk)
  2. Senior Harbormaster Chief Ed Michels was recognized in December with proclamations from East Hampton Town Police Chief Mike Sarlo and from the EH Town Department Heads Association. EH Town Supervisor Peter Van Scoyoc noted Michels' successes in enhancing public safety through training programs and regional networking as well as for his dedication and professionalism.   3. Ina Garten's kielbasa with mustard dip is considered the "easiest appetizer ever."
