Here are the top stories in East Hampton today:
- Marking the start of his third term, EH Town Supervisor Peter Van Scoyoc presented the 2022 "State of the Town" address at the town board's virtual organizational meeting yesterday. Highlights were past accomplishments as well as goals and initiatives such as a major focus on addressing the affordable housing crisis. He also announced that the East Hampton Airport will go 'private.' East Hampton Airport will transition to private use under a “prior-permission-required” model. (Press Release Desk)
- Vaccinations, including booster shots, are readily available to East Hampton residents with the addition of vaccination clinics at Town Hall on Feb. 1, 7, 10, 16, and 22. Over 1,000 vaccines have already been administered at town-sponsored clinics. (Press Release Desk)
