It’s Official: Coldplay To Perform Secret Concert In The Hamptons —How You Can Win Tickets

EAST HAMPTON, NY — It's official: Coldplay is coming to the East End. As Patch previously reported, Chris Martin will be back in the Hamptons on Aug. 7 and this time he’s coming with his band, Coldplay.

Coldplay will be playing for an invitation-only crowd "in a secret location," according to SiriusXM; that locale has now been confirmed to be in the Hamptons.

Many are still thinking that the exact location could be the Surf Lodge. Although Bob Moses is scheduled to play at the venue on that date, Coldplay could perform also.

But there are many other possibilities throughout the Hamptons— from Montauk — an image of the band next to a lighthouse looking like the Montauk Lighthouse was seen on the first announcement sent out — to Stephen Talkhouse. Even the band’s official website announcing the secret show says: “Band to perform special set (if they can find out where the venue is)”.
