Tommy Sullivan’s “Rock and Roll Legends: the Teen Idols” The 1950s gave birth to a uniquely American invention: Rock and Roll. From its architects (Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Elvis and more) sprang a subset of young artists who came to be dubbed the “Teen Idols”. East Hampton Library is proud to present original and founding member of the Brooklyn Bridge, Tommy Sullivan’s “Rock and Roll Legends: the Teen Idols”. Featuring the songs of Paul Anka, Ricky Nelson, Frankie Avalon, Bobby Vee, the Everly Brothers, Dion and the Belmonts and more, this show is jam-packed with musical memories presented by an artist who, as a teenager, not only cherished these songs, but performed them with his own teenage bands! Re-live those innocent and exciting times and join Long Island Music Hall of Famer Tommy Sullivan for a magical and fun-filled afternoon.

Held in the Baldwin Room.
