Patti Smith Headlines at the Surf Lodge This Weekend

Smith, already was due to be in town for a performance at Guild Hall on Sunday, has been added to the Montauk venue's weekend line-up.

If you didn't get tickets to the Patti Smith concert at Guild Hall, in East Hampton happening Sunday, you may be in luck.

Smith, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, is a last minute addition to the Surf Lodge's weekend line-up.

According to its website, Smith will take to the stage at the Montauk venue on Saturday at 7 p.m., as part of its 2013 Summer Series, offered in partnership with the Montauk Playhouse Community Center Foundation.

Smith's concert at Guild Hall, on Sunday at 8 p.m., is sold out, according to Guild Hall's box office online. Tickets ranged from $48 to $150.

The Summer Series concerts at the Surf Lodge are free, but a minimum donation of $40 guarantees admission. Proceeds benefit the Playhouse.

Concert-goers should arrive by 6 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. Parking is limited.

The Surf Lodge is attracting a growing number of major headliners. Earlier this summer, legendary country singer-songwriter Willie Nelson performed there in June. Fans took to Fort Pond in kayaks, on paddle boards, and in canoes just to listen.
