Village Police Arrest Water Mill Man Saturday Night

The following information was supplied by the East Hampton Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

• Adam John Robert Haggiag, 30, of Water Mill, was arrested on a drunken driving charge in East Hampton Village on Oct. 13. Police said they pulled him over in a 1978 BMW for going 41 mph in a 30 mph zone on Montauk Highway at about 2:20 a.m. He appeared to be intoxicated and was arrested at 3 a.m. Charged with misdemeanor DWI, he was released on $500 bail following arraignment.
