We all know someone who's making a difference. Let's help share their amazing stories! Presented by Ring.

FIVE TOWNS, NY — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we’re working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.
This submission comes from Kristine Mais, who nominated Cindy Wolff of the Five Towns. Cindy is the executive director of the Tempo Group rehabilitation clinics.

Name: Cindy Wolff
Home town: Five Towns
Hero's job: Health Care
If other, job: Executive Director of Substance abuse clinic
Reason for recognition: Cindy Wolff should be nominated because as soon as COVID hit, she quickly found a way to be sure our patients and anyone struggling with a substance use issue were able to get help asap. Not a day went by that our clinic wasn't helping people.
One thing to know: Her dedication to helping people.
