1. A Queens man was arrested for a crash in Elmont from October 2021. Frane Skoda, 20, has been charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of assault. (Patch)
2. An apartment building in Inwood received preliminary approval for a package of economic incentives. The 48-unit complex, Inwood Property, will be a half-mile from the Inwood LIRR station. (Patch)
3. Carl Esposito, 58, of West Hempstead was arrested on Feb. 5 in connection to six burglaries in December. The most recent incident was on Dec. 14, when a man threw a rock through the front door of Kathy Nails in North Valley Stream. (Patch)
