  1. Newsday explains that a supply-chain crisis is leading to difficulties getting menorahs on Long Island this year. Rabbi Mendel Teldon from Chabad of Mid-Suffolk distributes more than 1,500 free menorahs annually and almost had to cancel. (Subscription: Newsday)
  2. Newsday reports that the Nassau County Industrial Development Agency granted a 20-year tax break to developers proposing to build a 72-unit apartment building on Railroad Ave. in Westbury. Farmingdale-based developers Terwilliger & Bartone Properties LLC plans to build a multistory structure where a warehouse is now. (Subscription: Newsday)
  3. News 12 explains that on Saturday, members of the far-right group the Proud Boys walked through downtown Rockville Centre on "Small Business Saturday." A video shows the group as they walked from Sunrise Highway to the business district in Park Avenue, waving American flags and "Don't Tread on Me" flags. (News 12)
  4. A 20-year-old Queens man was arrested and accused of robbing a Verizon Wireless store in Oceanside on Saturday. Mamady Cisse pushed an employee. (Daily Voice)
  5. Patch reports that two people were killed and another was critically injured in a single-car crash in North New Hyde Park Sunday morning. A 41-year-old man was driving a 2009 Toyota Corolla on Marcus Avenue near Union Turnpike in North New Hyde Park when the car crash and overturned. Two female passengers were killed. (Patch)
