BROOKLYN, NY — A construction worker is considered likely to die after getting trapped under a car in Clinton Hill, police said.

The incident happened about 1:30 p.m. at Classon Avenue and Clifton Place, according to the NYPD.

About a half hour later, police couldn't confirm how the person got trapped under the car or whether they had died from the incident.

The spokesperson, though, said that first responders on the scene reported that the worker would most likely die.

Videos posted on Citizen, a safety app, show police cordoning off the intersection.
