FORT GREENE, NY — Cops are looking for the Brooklyn subway groper who snuck up behind a woman and shoved his face into her behind, according to police.

The man assaulted the woman in the Jay Street-MetroTech station near Willoughby Street on June 17 about 10:15 p.m., the NYPD said.

The woman, 40, hit the suspect with her purse and he ran from the subway, said police.

The victim suffered no injuries from the altercation, police reported.

The police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect, who is described as 210 to 250 pounds, 6 feet 2 inches tall, and of a large build.

He has brown eyes, dark hair in a ponytail and was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black Nike T-shirt, black shorts and grey Nike shoes, said the NYPD.
